Marble is the most demanding material a floor or wall can be finished in, and the most rewarding when it's laid properly.
Natural stone is dry-laid and sequenced before installation so veining flows across the room rather than stopping abruptly at a joint. Slab and tile selection is part of the work, not a formality.
Stone is also more sensitive than porcelain — to handling, to setting materials, to the substrate beneath it. Careful cutting and clean edge work matter as much as the layout.
The result should read as a single continuous surface, not a collection of tiles.
