Removal is where problems surface: adhesive residue, uneven patching, damaged subfloor, height differences between rooms. Finding them at this stage is far better than discovering them halfway through an install.
We remove existing flooring and prepare the surface underneath so the new material has a sound, flat base to sit on — and we tell you what we find rather than covering it up.
